•Horse riding is a risk sport, and participation therefore holds      potential danger.

•We advise all persons participating in any equestrian activity to have personal accident insurance.

•We allocate horses and ponies to riders taking into account experience and suitability; however all riders retain the right not to ride a horse allocated to them.

•All clients must wear a riding hat that meets current British standards whenever participating in riding activities. The chinstrap must be fastened at all times when riding. We will provide riding hats if you do not have one.

•Hinckley Equestrian also recommend the wearing of body protectors when riding.

•Clients are asked to wear suitable footwear and gloves when riding. Riding will not be permitted for persons wearing trainers or shorts.

•Clients are requested not to wear jewellery of any description when riding or in the stable area.

•Parents are responsible for children who are at the centre, but not actively participating in any organised activity. They are reminded that horses are large and unpredictable animals and can bite and kick.

•Customers are not to enter the area known as bottom yard at any time, unless accompanied by a member of staff.
