Under the Riding Schools Act it is obligatory for all riding schools to have a licence issued by the local council. Our licence is issued by Hinckley and Bosworth. 

It is critical that this licence is held as it is impossible to obtain insurance without having it. A copy of our licence is always on display in the bookings office.

As part of the licencing process our premises are inspected annually to ensure that they comply with Health and Safety regulations. In addition, we are not permitted to use any horse in the riding school until they have been inspected, and approved, by a council appointed vet. After initial approval the horses are further inspected each year.
